5. Place a layer of ganache at the bottom, place the first cake disc on top, and ganache the edges.

6. Fill, stack the layers to the desired height.

7. Place a sole on top and put in the refrigerator.

8. Turn the cake over onto its base, remove the guide, then the surround, then the disc.
