2 Ganache trays with right angles, 35 cm

These ganache trays are specially designed to perfectly cover your cakes. You'll get a cake with perfectly straight edges.

Slightly larger than the molds they are designed for, simply cover them tightly with plastic wrap. Cover the top of the cake with your ganache and place a disc on top. Turn the cake over and repeat the process. Center the discs carefully. Spread the ganache over the cake, using the edges of the discs as a guide. Let the ganache set in the refrigerator and then remove the discs.
