2 Ganache trays with right angles, 10 cm

These ganache trays are specially designed for perfectly covering your cakes. Slightly larger than the molds they're designed for, simply cover them tightly with plastic wrap. Cover the top of the cake with your ganache and place a disc on top. Turn the cake over and repeat the process. Center the discs carefully. Ganache the cake, using the edges of the discs as a guide. Let the ganache set in the refrigerator and then remove the discs. You'll end up with a cake with perfectly straight edges.
