Attach them to sugar paste with a little edible glue , or place them directly into a rosette of buttercream, Enchanted Cream®, or another filling that is flexible enough to hold them. They can also be used on chocolate or still-soft Deco Melts, especially for decorating candy bark or rocky road.

For use on chocolate, wait until it has cooled slightly while still remaining sufficiently soft and sticky, place the flowers and then allow to harden completely, ideally in the refrigerator.
