PME 12g freeze-dried strawberry pieces add a truly fruity and colorful touch to pastries, desserts, and drinks. Made from simply freeze-dried strawberries , they retain some of their flavor and color while offering a light and crispy texture.

Their chunky format is particularly convenient for decorating cakes, cupcakes, entremets, tarts, ice cream and desserts . They can also be incorporated into preparations such as cookies, cakes, cereals, porridges or yogurts, or used to add a fruity note to drinks and cocktails.
The PME technical data sheet indicates that the product contains only freeze-dried strawberries , with no other ingredients declared. It is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, as well as halal and kosher diets.
Freeze-dried strawberries can be used directly on preparations to create a fruity and colorful decoration : whipped cream, icings, ganaches, entremets, cupcakes, tarts or ice creams.
They can also be incorporated into cake batter, cookies, granola, porridge, or yogurt . For drinks, a few pieces can be added to a cocktail, juice, or soft drink.
