A light toasting brings out their full aroma, transforming even the simplest recipes—which is why they are so often used! A quick turn in a non-stick pan and you're done.

Their delicate appearance and immaculate color are enough to add a touch of elegance to any creation , sure to delight cake decorating enthusiasts looking for an original visual element to add to their tall cakes and other masterpieces. However, slivered almonds are more commonly associated with almond tuiles and croissants, as well as iconic savory dishes such as trout with almonds.
