Precautions for use
Do not use in a microwave. Do not use on any stovetop: induction, gas, ceramic, or electric. Oven safe only, up to 220°C . The dish is not dishwasher safe. Do not put the pie cutter in the dishwasher.

Before cooking
- Wash your utensil by hand with hot soapy water.
- Dry it with a soft cloth. The bottom of the pan must be completely dry before cooking.
During cooking
Preheat over low or medium heat for a maximum of 1 minute, then add a small amount of oil or butter. Avoid spray oils and extra virgin oils, which can damage the surface.
- At Cookut , things heat up quickly: cook over low or medium heat to avoid damaging the coating. Never leave an empty pan heating and avoid cooking over high heat.
- Always use wooden or silicone utensils.
After cooking - Allow to cool before washing with cold water to avoid thermal shock.
- Wash by hand with a soft sponge and soapy water to preserve the coating for longer.
- Store gently, protecting your flooring.
