Precautions for use

Do not use in a microwave. Not suitable for use on induction, gas, ceramic, or electric hobs. Do not use the divider when the dish is placed in grill mode.

Before cooking

1. Wash your utensil by hand with hot soapy water.
2. Dry it with a soft cloth. The bottom of the pan must be completely dry before cooking.

During cooking
Preheat over low or medium heat for a maximum of 1 minute, then add a small amount of oil or butter. Avoid spray oils and extra virgin oils, which can damage the surface.

1. At Cookut , things heat up quickly: cook over low or medium heat to avoid damaging the coating. Never leave an empty pan heating and avoid cooking over high heat.
2. Always use wooden or silicone utensils.
   
   After cooking
3. Allow to cool before washing with cold water to avoid thermal shock.
4. Wash by hand with a soft sponge and soapy water to preserve the coating for longer.
5. Store gently, protecting your flooring.
