With its 2.8-liter capacity and usable dimensions of Ø 20 x 10 cm , it is perfectly suited for meals for 2 to 4 people : pasta, vegetables, rice, sauces, soups, or stews.
It is made of 3-ply multi-layer stainless steel with no added nickel , a high-performance and health-friendly technology. Its design combines:
a special nickel-free stainless steel for cooking , limiting metal migration (traces < 0.16%)
a recycled aluminum core for even heat distribution
a ferritic stainless steel perfectly compatible with induction
SteelGreen stainless steel, enriched with copper and titanium , guarantees rapid heat-up, hot-spot-free cooking, and excellent durability. Uncoated, this saucepan is free of PFAS and PFOA , for healthy and natural cooking.
