It is made of 3-ply multi-layer stainless steel with no added nickel , a high-performance and healthy technology. Its structure combines:
a special nickel-free stainless steel for cooking , limiting metal migration (traces < 0.16%)
a recycled aluminum core for even heat distribution
a ferritic stainless steel compatible with induction
