With its 2.8-liter capacity and usable dimensions of Ø 20 x 10 cm , it is perfectly suited for preparing meals for 2 to 4 people : pasta, vegetables, rice, sauces, soups, and stews.
Made from 3-ply multi-layer stainless steel with no added nickel , it combines performance and food safety. Its technical structure includes:
a special nickel-free stainless steel for cooking , limiting metal migration (traces < 0.16%)
a recycled aluminum core for even heat distribution
ferritic stainless steel guaranteeing perfect compatibility with induction.
