Dusk Colour Mill fat-soluble coloring 20 ml

Unlike conventional gel food colorings, Colour Mill colors thrive on the fats and oils in your baked goods, using them to disperse the specially formulated color. This results in stunningly vibrant, rich, and consistent hues that won't fade. It's especially effective in buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache, and fondant. It also works in flower paste, gumpaste, modeling paste, marzipan, cake mixes, pastry, icings, isomalt, piping gel, lace mixes, and more.

Not only will your cakes look amazing, but Colour Mill will also help you get more color for your money. The high concentration means you use far less than you normally would to achieve even brighter, more vibrant results. You only need a tiny drop at a time to achieve your desired shade—we recommend using the end of a cocktail stick.

Using more drops will increase the color intensity, while fewer will create softer shades. Create the color slowly by mixing your paste until you achieve the desired hue.

There are over 50 different colours to choose from, each bottle containing 20ml.

The bottle comes with a squeeze-top dispenser lid for added precision. Please note that the pigments used in each color vary in weight. Some will weigh more than others, but all colors have the same strength and are filled to the top. Mill color can be diluted with alcohol to create edible paint. Please note that due to the oil content, it may take longer than average to dry.
