Progel food coloring - black 100 ml Rainbow Dust

ProGel Rainbow Dust Black 100ml is a highly concentrated gel food coloring designed to deliver a deep black with very little product. It easily colors sugar paste, marzipan, sponge cakes, buttercream, candy melts, icings, cookie dough, and even chocolate preparations. Its gel formula does not alter the texture and allows for smooth mixing, even in delicate mixtures such as meringue or ganache.
The flexible tube, sealed for safety, ensures clean and controlled dispensing. The 100g size is ideal for regular users or for larger production runs in creative baking .
Suggestions for use:
– black sugar paste for precise decorations
– buttercream or dark icing for layer cakes
– dark sponge cake or biscuits for contrasting effects

Instructions: Add a small amount of gel to your sugar paste or marzipan, then knead until the color is fully incorporated. Continue kneading until you achieve the desired shade. Your colored paste is now ready to use on your cake. The maximum recommended dosage is 3 grams per kilogram of finished product.
