ProGel Leaf Green Rainbow Dust 100ml is a highly concentrated gel food coloring that produces a deep, vibrant leaf green with very little product. It blends easily into sugar paste, marzipan, sponge cakes, buttercream, candy melts, icings, cookie dough, and even chocolate preparations. Its gel texture ensures even coloring without altering the consistency of your mixtures, even the most delicate ones.
The flexible tube, equipped with a tamper-evident seal, ensures clean, precise, and waste-free dispensing. The 100g size is ideal for regular bakers, creative workshops, and large quantities.
Suggestions for use:
– leaves and natural decorations made of sugar paste
– Green buttercream frosting for cupcakes and layer cakes
– colored sponge cake for themed or children's cakes
A vibrant, controlled color that is pleasant to work with.

Instructions: Add a small amount of gel to your sugar paste or marzipan, then knead until the color is fully incorporated. Continue kneading until you achieve the desired shade. Your colored paste is now ready to use on your cake. The maximum recommended dosage is 3 grams per kilogram of finished product.
