It incorporates easily into sugar paste, marzipan, sponge cakes, buttercream, candy melts, icings, cookie dough, and chocolate preparations. Its gel texture guarantees even coloring without liquefying even the most delicate mixtures like meringue or ganache.
Equipped with a flexible tube and tamper-evident seal, this ProGel ensures clean and precise dosing. Its 100g size is ideal for regular bakers and large batches.
Suggestions for use:
– pastel pink or bright pink sugar paste decorations
– Pink buttercream frosting for cupcakes and layer cakes
– colored sponge cake for themed cakes or children's parties

Instructions: Add a small amount of gel to your sugar paste or marzipan, then knead until the color is fully incorporated. Continue kneading until you achieve the desired shade. Your colored paste is now ready to use on your cake. The maximum recommended dosage is 3 grams per kilogram of finished product.
