ProGel Rainbow Dust Red 100ml is a highly concentrated gel food coloring designed to provide an intense and even red. It blends easily into sugar paste, marzipan, sponge cakes, buttercream, candy melts, icings, cookie dough, and even chocolate preparations. Its gel texture does not alter the consistency of mixtures, even the most delicate ones like meringue or ganache.
The flexible tube with a tamper-evident seal ensures clean and precise dosing, without waste. Its generous 100g size is perfect for regular bakers, creative workshops, or large batches.
Suggestions for use:
– Red buttercream for themed cakes
– sponge cake or red velvet-style biscuits personified
– red sugar paste for decorations and modeling

Instructions: Add a small amount of gel to your sugar paste or marzipan, then knead until the color is fully incorporated. Continue kneading until you achieve the desired shade. Your colored paste is now ready to use on your cake. The maximum recommended dosage is 3 grams per kilogram of finished product.
