Powdered colouring - Ingredients: colour: paprika extract E160c, thickener: sodium starch octenyl succinate E1450, sunflower oil, maltodextrin, emulsifier: mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids E472e, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide E551, antioxidant: rosemary extract E392, tocopherol-rich extracts E306.

Store away from light and moisture after opening. For pastries and confectionery. Do not ingest undiluted. Do not inhale. Do not get in eyes.

Maximum dosage: +/- depending on the desired color.

Instructions/Use: Keep these instructions. To preserve color, use at room temperature. If the powder clumps, crush it with a spoon before use. Incorporate directly into the mixture, adjusting the amount according to the desired color, or dilute beforehand in a few drops of water.

The color is very beautiful when used cold , such as for icing.

Some colors do not withstand cooking well (such as red and blue).

Use: ideal for icings, buttercreams or macarons in pastel colors.

Note that these coloring preparations are sensitive to heat and humidity. They may sometimes clump. This does not affect their coloring properties. Simply take a small amount, crush it with the back of a spoon to reduce it back to a powder, and incorporate it into your mixture.
