Progel Rainbow Dust Gel Food Coloring - Purple

Rainbow Dust Progel is a highly concentrated colorant! A small amount is all you need to give your creations a rich, deep color. That's why the tubes last so long. You can use this Rainbow Dust colorant to color fondant, marzipan, buttercream, cookies, Candy Melts, and more.

Each gel is packaged in an easy-to-use, color-coordinated plastic tube. The tubes have a seal under the screw cap. Remove the seal and squeeze the tube to dispense the gel.

Instructions for use: Add the gel to the fondant or marzipan and knead until the color is blended. Knead well until the desired result is achieved. Now you can use the colored fondant or marzipan on your cake!

Ingredients: humectant: E422, water, colour: E122, E133, modified starch (tapioca).

E122: may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.
