1) Storage conditions.
Keep in its original packaging until use.
Follow the instructions on the packaging and the manufacturer's guidelines. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Optimal humidity level between 40% and 45%
Temperature between 22°C and 25°C

2) Instructions for use. Warning against improper use:
- The product is very sensitive to humidity and temperature changes.
- Take care not to leave the packaging open or exposed to light, in order to avoid any possible discoloration of the product.
- Avoid any sudden changes in temperature that could cause the leaves to dry out and break.
- Keep the product in its original packaging until use for decorating cakes.
- Remove the plastic film from the product just before using it to decorate the cake. - The sheets should not be stacked without their plastic film to prevent them from sticking together.
- A single sheet is enough to decorate a cake.
- Store in a closed container to preserve the freshness of the product.
In addition to the recommended level, maintain the humidity level of the storage room between 40% and 50% and the temperature down to 2C before use, so that the product can recover all its properties.
