- Tempering: Melting at 45-48°C, crystallization at 27-28°C, working at 30-31°C.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter 32.9%, dehydrated passion fruit juice (sugar, passion fruit) 17.3%, emulsifier (soy lecithin).
May contain traces of milk proteins and gluten.
