If you want a less intense final color, simply mix the colored marzipan with white marzipan. You can also mix two different colored marzipans.

  • Very supple and flexible!
  • To completely cover a cake (24-26 cm in diameter / 20x20 cm), you will need approximately 500 g of marzipan. The marzipan must be thoroughly kneaded before being rolled out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
  • This set contains the following marzipan colours: Passion Red, Grass Green, Intense Black, Turquoise Blue and Golden Yellow.
  • Halal, Kosher D and gluten-free.
  • Contents: 5 x 100 grams.

 

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (20%), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: E420, thickener: E466, humectant: invertase, citric acid: E330, natural flavoring, colors: E102, E129, E133, E153, E160a.
