Chanty Déco is a plant-based mix specially formulated for making firm and consistent whipped cream. With its 28% fat content , it strikes the perfect balance between lightness and creaminess. It whips up quickly with a food processor or mixer and offers excellent stability, even several hours after whipping. Highly prized by pastry chefs, it is also perfect for making the famous Brazilian whipped cream , renowned for its rich texture and remarkable consistency.

This plant-based cream is ideal for filling layer cakes , frosting wedding cakes , decorating cupcakes, stuffing cream puffs, topping pavlovas, or preparing pretty desserts in glasses. It can also be used for entremets, roulades, fruit tarts, or frozen desserts. Its subtle flavor makes it easy to add flavorings, nut pastes, vanilla, or food coloring to create personalized decorations. For best results, simply store it between 2°C and 6°C , then whip it thoroughly chilled for 3 to 5 minutes . Once opened, it will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator .
