Funcakes donut mix
Who doesn't love donuts? With this FunCakes mix, you can make the most delicious donuts yourself. Simply add water and oil to the mix. Bake them in the oven or pan and get tender, perfectly shaped donuts! One 500-gram package makes 12 to 24 donuts, depending on the size and thickness.

Preparation: For best results, use a deep fryer. The ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix 500g of mix, 215ml of water, and 65ml (55g) of vegetable oil with a mixer fitted with a dough hook for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 5mm. Cut out the donuts and let them rest for 25 minutes. Preheat a frying pan to 180°C (350°F) or an oven to 200°C (400°F) (180°C (350°F) for a fan oven). In a frying pan: cook the donuts for approximately 90 seconds per side until golden brown. In the oven: place the donuts in a donut pan and bake for approximately 12 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted butter and decorate as desired.
