Warning: Cook-shop is the only store offering log ends to individuals. For the past four years, we have been delighted to offer you these exceptional, yet extremely fragile, products. We take particular care in packaging these ends: individual cardboard boxes, foam padding, and bubble wrap. All ends are carefully inspected and leave our premises in perfect condition. We have even tested the boxes by dropping them from a height of over one meter to ensure that the packaging is adequate.
Upon receiving your package, it is your responsibility to check the condition of the tips in the presence of the delivery person and ensure they are intact. If necessary, request a damage report from the postal service. Therefore, we recommend choosing delivery via Colissimo Registered or Chronopost. Please note that no claims for broken tips will be accepted outside of these conditions.
